Email is by far one of the best marketing tools used today. It is important be able to get email into customers’ inboxes.
Things to look for:
- Provide information that your audience wants
- “Spam-proof” your emails so that they get to the inbox
- Be personal by using their name in the greeting and/or content
- Provide the freedom for them to easily opt out
- Be consistent, but only once or twice a month
